All Watchbrick watches are made to order. Production begins once your order is received and typically takes 4–6 business days before shipping.

We mainly offer worldwide express shipping. Most orders are delivered within DHL EXPRESS 6–14 business days. You'll receive full tracking details once your watch ships.

This status appears right after dispatch. Your parcel has already been handed over to DHL, but because we ship in bulk via a commercial broker, it may take a few days before DHL scans and updates the system. During peak seasons or Hong Kong hub congestion, this delay is normal. Please note that such delays are caused by DHL’s handling process and are beyond our control.

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, all orders shipped via DHL to the United States may incur an import duty of approximately$30 USD, payable by the customer. Once your order is dispatched,DHL will contact you directly(via SMS or email) with a payment link. Please ensure the duty is paidwithin 5 daysto avoid your parcel being returned to Hong Kong. If unpaid, the package will be automatically returned, and any re-shipping costs may be your responsibility. We’re unable to mark packages as gifts or under-declare values due to customs compliance.

We operate two workshops — one in Hong Kong and one in Gold Coast, Australia. Most orders are shipped from our Hong Kong workshop, where components are stocked and assembled, to reduce cost and shipping time.

A Seiko Mod is part of a new watch customization culture — using Seiko automatic or quartz movements (like NH34 or NH35/72 and VK63) and pairing them with high-quality aftermarket custom cases, dials, and bezels to create a one-of-a-kind timepiece.

It’s not an official Seiko product, but it carries the heart of Seiko craftsmanship in a fully personalized design.

Most Watchbrick watches are water-resistant up to 30 meters (3 ATM). Suitable for everyday use but not for swimming or diving.

Yes! Each Watchbrick timepiece comes with a 12-month limited warranty, covering mechanical movement issues. Damage from water, drops, or general wear is not covered.
