Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage
All Watchbrick watches are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the movement, case, crystal, and hands under normal use.
What’s Included
- Mechanical or quartz movement failure not caused by misuse or impact
- Loose or detached hands due to assembly defect
- Defective crown, stem, or case back seal (if reported within warranty period)
- Faulty crystal (cracked or detached due to manufacturing defect)
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, strap wear)
- Accuracy within rated tolerances (e.g., NH35A –20/+40s per day)
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
- Water damage from exposure beyond the stated water resistance (3ATM — not suitable for showering, swimming, or soaking)
- Battery depletion or damage to VK63 quartz models caused by moisture
- Loss or theft
Warranty Process
- Contact us at hello@watchbrick.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos.
- Our team will assess whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.
- If approved, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or offer an equivalent model if the original is unavailable.
- For international customers, return shipping to us is at the customer’s expense, and we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement watch back to you.
Proof of Purchase Required
Warranty service requires proof of purchase from Watchbrick or an authorized reseller.
Care Recommendations
To ensure the longevity of your watch:
- Avoid water exposure beyond rated limits
- Store in a dry, cool environment when not in use
Service mechanical watches every 1-2 years for optimal performance
